Préchauffez votre cztery w temperaturze 180°C (350°F). Beurrez un moule à gâteau de 20 cm.
Dans un bol, faites fondre le beurre au micro-ondes ou à feu doux, puis ajoutez le mascarpone et mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une tekstury lisse.
